Equine Vaccinations

EQUINE VACCINATION SCHEDULE
- EWT (Eastern and Wester Encheplelitis) - Every 6 months
- FluVac 4/1 Plus (4 strains of the equine herpes virus) - This can be given once or twice yearly depending on if you are showing your horse or are in a group situation.
- WNV (West Nile Virus) - Every 6 months
- Rabies - Once yearly
- Strangles (Intranasal Vaccine) - This can be given once or twice yearly depending on if you are showing your horse or are in a group situation.
- Coggins Test - This is a blood test that is performed once yearly in the state of Arkansas
If vaccinations have not been done before, they need to be boosted 3 weeks after first injection.
